FAQ disclaimer

Forum Forum Feedback : Structure FAQ disclaimer

Word :    Username :

so there is a huge influx of noobish questions in our whole forum

and people hate it when newcomers come in and ask how to put a heatsink on when there were directions that come with the parts to make them work and also questions like if the i7 is better than the Phenom :kaola: where they can easily look it up

so to fix this i think TH should hae a disclaimer on the forum page that draws people to it

there we can have links to the stickies in our sections

or we can have FAQs posted in the main forum page so that the laziest can just go there instead of having to search in the sections and ultimately post a stupid question in our forums

it would also help increase the quality of our forums and make it more intelligible rather than " how do i tighten this screw?" questions

How many times have I told you to Google something? ;)

To be honest, the clearer we make the answers, the less people read them IMHO.

You asked me what the internet archive was. You don't need a detailed PDF for that :P

this is why we need a general FAQ on the main forum page
