this is the setup i am purchasing i want to run two monitors off this so what do i need ?

you need two monitors, thats it.

however the 570 will run hot on idle, as it will not downclock. perhaps 80C vs 55C, with a corresponding increase in fan noise .

if you get a second small card (i'm using a GTX470 and a GT220) for the second monitor overall power usage goes down. Allegedly you can use the built in graphics instead, try this first.

as noted before the killer nic is a waste of money.

I would rather go for an AMD card when it came to multi-monitor setups. I don't know why, but it's a matter of personal preference , I guess.
Plus, I think it'd be easier with the AMD series.
Of course with a 2 monitor setup I don't think you're going to go into playing FPS games or the car ones, most probably for extended desktop space and work environment change. So for that you wouldn't need a very high end GPU, lower end GPUs will do the job too just need to make sure you have ample GDDR that's all.

Ample in this case is >256MB my 2048x1152 display takes 144MB to render, so any card can do it.
