How can I install the case drive bay cover over the cd-rom?

Forum CPU & Components : Power Supplies, Cases & Mods How can I install the case drive bay cover over the cd-rom?

I've been trying to find a way to somehow put the original drive bay covers that came with the case over the cd-rom and the card reader. I like the idea of having the cd-rom hidden, and also the case looks a lot better since the material on the covers match with the rest of it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've seen cases with the bay cover flaps on a little spring which open and close with the CD-rom. I think they usually have a little hole with a button that connects to the cd-rom eject button. It doesn't actually need to be that fancy, it could just be some kind of latch with a little magnet to hold it close. Anyway, I think I could put something together, but I just don't have any clue where to start as far as the parts and building ideas. I would really appreciate any kind of help. Thanks.

That would totally depend on your case. Higher end cases have it.

The cd drive is really easy to do, its as simple as cutting the latches of the side and getting the glue out :-p sounds messy/ugly but tbh its effective.
