You did not say what is your old PSU. If it can support the GeForce GTX 560T, you can buy this first. If your PSU cannot support the GTX 560T, then you buy the the Gaming Series GS500 500W ATX12V together.

Looks like a generic power supply. I recommend to replace it. The CORSAIR Gaming Series GS500 500W ATX12V is good. Buy it too when you get the GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5.
You will feel a lot of improvement coming from the 9500GT ( i used to have it before & upgraded to HD4890 ) but your processor AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2900 MHz will bottleneck the 560 Ti. But I think you expect it & already plan to upgrade the processor so it is just a matter of time til your next upgrade. Cheers!
