Power supply does not turn off

Forum CPU & Components : Power Supplies, Cases & Mods Power supply does not turn off

Hi,
I just assembled new computer and I have a problem with power supply: it does not turn off after a shutdown. Not even holding power button for a few seconds for hard shutdown doesn't help which suggest hardware problem and nothing to do with software :(

BIOS says all my temperatures are ok and everything else works. Also if I connect case fans directly to PSU, they don't stop working either.

I use Xilence 1000W power supply, CoolerMaster HAF 932 Advanced case and Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 mainboard.

Can plz anyone help with my problem.

Ty,

My first guess would be that either the front panel wiring is incorrect or the board is faulty.
