Hi,
I just assembled new computer and I have a problem with power supply: it does not turn off after a shutdown. Not even holding power button for a few seconds for hard shutdown doesn't help which suggest hardware problem and nothing to do with software 
BIOS says all my temperatures are ok and everything else works. Also if I connect case fans directly to PSU, they don't stop working either.
I use Xilence 1000W power supply, CoolerMaster HAF 932 Advanced case and Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 mainboard.
Can plz anyone help with my problem.
