Only 3 things to try really:
1: take all cables out and hold power button in for 30 seconds and then put everything back in and try.
2: leave the power cable in, take everything else out, turn PSU off and leave for a while.
3: start swapping parts out, starting with memory then PSu.

Sad times, I would however see option 2, leave it for a day. You may find that it just needs to flush out the power from the system, I used to get it alot with an old monitor of mine :-)

Have you checked the manual for your motherboard for the beep code? If the fans are spinning up, and the motherboard is beeping at you, I am not sure its a psu problem.
