So I will lay out the machine specs and see what you guys think I need for a good PSU
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (6-6-6-18)
ASUSTeK Computer INC. CM5570 (LGA775)
1024MB GeForce GTX 460 (nVidia)
750GB Seagate - Main
1TB Western Digital - Excess
Will be adding a 60-120 GB SSD drive soon
Currently PS is a Delta model: GPS-300AB
Reasoning for getting a new one its not enough drops off at random and am just frustrated I am not able to run up to my potential, was hoping to keep the PSU under 100 if there is anything else that stands out that should / could be upgraded let me know
I would personally go for better than the builder series. My favorite is the enthusiast series. This one in particular, either modular or non-modular:
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

Yup, Enthusiast series is better and not much more expensive. More stable, has some more features (better capacitors, regulators,...) just no reason to go for less.
