Definitely enough power! As for the noise, i think that PSU has a 140mm double ball-bearing fan which results in exceptionally low noise levels as it varies its fan speed in response to temperature!

Any sound from your case will much more likely be from the fans on your graphics card and CPU as opposed to your PSU when playing games!
