I got my Antec HCG 620 watt installed into my Zalman Z7 Plus PC case.

Is the PSU supposed to be upside down because it's mounted up top? As apposed to down bottom?

Does it make a difference?

Cause the Antec Logo is upside down. Not sure if it makes a difference.

Some of the newer cases have a vent underneath the bottom mounted power supply for airflow. The power supply holes only line up one way, so it's probably fine.

if the psu is on the bottem. its better to place it upside down so the intake fan is facing towards the graphics card

if the psu is at the top then its better to have the intake fan facing towards the cpu (the intake fan is the one on the inside of case)

some psu have the fan on the top as there designed to be mounted at the bottem on the case e.g. some antec i believe

anyway having it at the bottem means that it will pull air directly from the gpu which will make it cooler

PSU doesn't care which way it's mounted.

In your top mount case you want fan intake not to be blocked off.
Having the fan underneath (logo upside down) is that option you want.
