I was thinking of buying this video card from futureshop:

and the PSu i have in my computer is a low quality one that came with my case but i was wondering if it could handle that radeon 6750 that i linked. Here is the PSU i currently have: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicat [...] CatId=1078

The Corsair unit is the best quality of those 3.
It would allow you to run a 5770/6770/7770.

dont buy any card under a 6790 cause all of the rest of them are 128cards.

Before you decide on a graphics card, what is your monitor resolution & what games will you play on it mostly? If you are playing at less than 1920x1080, you might do with a 6670 & will have no worries about the PSU. But if you play at 1920x1080, 6750 might be on the borderline such that you will be forced to lower game settings in some games.

The 6750 say power requirement is 400W which is what your PSU is. However, you PSU lacks the PCIe power connector that is needed by the 6750. You can use a molex adaptor although many will not approve of it. But if you can find a 6750 that bundles molex to PCIe power conververter, I say go for it. The graphics card vendor include them for such cases as you are in.

My monitor resolution is 1600x900 and i wanna be able to play Bf3 at decent settings but i dont really care that much about really high reslolution like over 1920x1080. im not expecting to get the game to run on ultra or anything and i dont wanna dish out the cash for a card to do that. So im not really sure what card to get but if you have any suggestions on ones with a molex adaptor(casue i dont know much about those) then maby ill get one of them and aviod getting a new PSU but if i cant find one ill just buy one of those PSU's.

In this case, your safest & most practical option is the HD6670. It is the most powerful card that does not require a PCIe power connector. The HD5670 is $20 cheaper but only lost 2-3 fps in term of performance. Check the review below & decide which one suit your need & budget better:

What settings do you think 6670 would run bf3 on? ive heard you needa spend alot to get a card good enuff to run it on ultra but it would be nice to run it on High settings, do you think a 6670 would handle that? if not what would be best for high settings do you think?

I do not know about BF3. In crysis 2, the 6670 can generate minimum 29fps & average of 35fps at high setting NoAA at 1680x1050. You can do more research on how it does on BF3.
