About 45 minutes ago or so my mouses scroll wheel started to act up, it was resizing my computer icons and webpages and i couldn't type anything on my keyboard, so i restarted my system and it didn't boot my OS. I then tried it a third time and Windows booted and now all is good.

I'm not sure what this was about, any ideas?
