What is better: athlon II x3 460 and have ddr3 1333 or phenom II x4 920 (this one have 300 higher "Passmark CPU Mark " ) and have ddr2 800 ?

3 cores @ 3.4Ghz or 4 cores @ 2.8Ghz. Could be a toss-up.
What games? Or what is the game you'll be playing the most?

Too close to call on the CPU.

Both have 4GB of RAM? The DDR2/800 (but L1 Cache on CPU) vs DDR3/1333 is also too close to call.

You can go with the less expensive option. Or if you already own one of those - keep it.
