Hey,
This is my the build I am going for

NZXT Phantom Full Tower Case (Purchased)
ASUS 6970 Direct CUII (Purchased)
OCZ VERTEX 3 MAX IOPS 120 GB SSD (Purchased)
Antec 550w power supply (Purchased)

and I am going to get these in the near future:

Asrock fatal1ty gen3 pro
intel i5 2500k
8GB Gskill ripjaws RAM 1600mhz

Will my power supple be able to support all that??

Yes it will, you shouldnt really have any issues as long as your PSU is still in good condition, 550w is easily enough for this.

Which exact 550w antec psu? Does it have enough amperages for the 6970? Looks like the 6970 can draw up to ~400w.

It's the Antec Truepower 550w semi modular one.

this may or may not be related but I had to clock my gpu down to 850mhz to fix display driver crashes.

but other than that everything run perfect atm

btw currently I have :
p7H55D-M PRO motherboard
i3 540 cpu
4GB ram

I would upgrade your power supply to at least 650w.

the tpn 550 is more then enough

if the tpn 550 can handle that i see no problem with any single card on the market today on the tpn 550
