Hi I just bought a rx530ss raidmax psu and it seemed to have problems at the start. When I connected it and turned on my pc i heard clicking noises from where i plugged in the cable to the power outlet. It worked for a few hours but i could never load windows 7. Every time I tried starting up an error would occur with a blue screen which I think is because there wasnt efficient power. Now I cant even turn on my pc. Am I right about these problems being because of the psu?

Specs-

MB ASROCK|A770DE+ AMD770

CPU AMD|ATH II X4 645 3.1G AM3 RT

6gbs ddr2 ram

windows 7 ult

Definitely.

Raidmax earned their reputation for selling power supplies that would explode.

It's a power supply brand that everyone should steer clear of.
