i want to know how a program can calculate the power consumption i.e, the required no. of cycles,total switched capacitance in a digital circuit??

Hello vinny_45;

Does the 'digital circuit' have it's own power sensing capability? Probably not.

Actually i want to know that if there is any method through which i can find out how much voltage,no. of cycles,total switched capacitance will be required to execute a task(real time) such as wi-fi, multimedia service etc.
