Hello,
Not sure what category this comes under but anyway, thinking of getting some new fans and ws wondering what's quieter. Thermaltake thunderblade or CM sickleflow. I know on paper the CMs look better 31dba vs 19, but apparently they are actually noisy.
Thanks in advance.
p.s. any other fans costing around $10 are also welcome for suggestion.

Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1850rpm are the one I have to cool my radiator. Have a total 5 and I can't barely hear them. Though I do have a fan controller. Don't think they're around $10

What size of fan are you looking for?
