im building new pc (noob), the problem is that it doesnt boot anymore. i saw a smoke (and bad smell) came from ATX 8 pin connecter

Thats mean your mobo's 8pin connector is burn and you lost your warranty for burning mobo. May be you dont have a better psu which cause this burn or loose connection. What psu you are using?
