Unless others are able to help you better, you could download CPU-Z to check the exact model of your motherboard, then go to ASUS support and enter that into the download search, and through that, get the newest sound driver, or post your motherboard name and model here, and I am sure I or whoever else sees it first can help you look up the driver.

Edit: I assume you are asking for help locating a sound driver for your PC and not that the sound suddenly "broke", also what version of Windows?
