Amazingly enough, there is this one, made by Edimax:

Why I say amazingly is my son has one on his box about 20 feet away in his room and gets better reception than my Linksys WMP600N Dual Band and I'm in the same room as my router (Linksys WRT160N running DD-WRT).

The Edimax's downfall is it's only single band (2.4GHz) so it wouldn't work if you're doing dual band. It's a USB model, but if you're running single band is something worth looking into...
