Looking to upgrade my graphics card, here is my current specs:

 

ASRock 870 Extreme3
8GB of DDR3 RAM
2x HD 4850's
AMD Phenom ll x4 Black Edition 3.2 OC'D to 3.8
OCZ Fatality 550W PSU
Samsung 830 128gb SSD
500GB HDD

Am I in need of a new PSU before I am able to upgrade to this Gigabyte 6950: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814125385

The 6950 needs 30 amps to run, if you don't oc you should be able to run the 6950.

Would I still be able to OC as long as I don't flash a 6970 bios, or touch the voltage controls? I would probably just use the AMD Overdrive tool. Not looking to push huge numbers, just need a card for the long run.
