I bought a new computer case. I bought three CM120 fans with it because I had an overheating problem. After installing the three fans and inserting my graphics card, the computer wouldn't start up. After hitting the power button a few times, I saw an LED blue flash but the computer wouldn't start up at all. Is this a power supply issue?

Invidia GTX 560

I don't see what the problem is, the gs600 has plenty more than simple case fans need. Something is most likely loose.

I've replugged everything in multiple times and occasionally the blue LED light flashes and the fans spin for about a second and they stop.

The power supply pretty much just blew up. There was a pop and a spark. This power supply is about a month old.

Does anyone know if I can contact the manufacturer and be issued a new one? I've had this one for about 30 days.
