Hi everyone,

I am going to buy the Samsung S27A950D

and i am wondering about the Displayport connection
if i use an adapter from mini displayport to full size displayport will there be any issues?
also does displayport support 120 hertz

if there will be any issues i will just go with dual link DVI but i wanted to make sure first

thanks in advance

P.S sorry if this is in the wrong section, i was unsure of what section to put it in

Yep you'll be fine using DP.
I've been since 2009.
My gpu has a full size DP.(5850)
Most new cards use the mini port.
Which leads me to believe there's no difference.
DP is superior to hdmi in bandwith capabilty.
