i checked the whole forum for answers and no luck... About two ago my creative audigy 4 soundcard was working fine on my windows xp system. Now all the sudden its gone.. It shows up inside the system device list .. and all the drivers are listed there .. so i update drivers anyway,,, dont work same problem.. disabled onboard sound in bios... .. i've tried to remove anything and everything having to do with my soundcard to reinstall it first.. when i reboot it still doesnt detect it... I dont understand this i've never had a problem like this... i also tried different pci slot.. no go... but here is the strange part. even though i disabled my onboard sound in my bios... it lists in addition to my audigy card.. "legacy audio and legacy video..? I got nothing else hooked up to my system.
