JonnyGuru reviewed the gold series 850w and gave it a 9.5 out of 10.
Its hard to read reviews on this unit since I dont speak spanish; hopefully the quality is not much less than the gold series.
edit - but yes, a quality 500w PSU will run a GTX460

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 460 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 450 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 24 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.
The Sentey Extreme Rock Power 500W (SSERP500-SS), with its combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 31 Amps and with one 6-pin and one (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is more than sufficient to power your system with a single GeForce GTX 460.
The Sentey Extreme Rock Power 500W (SSERP500-SS) looks to be based on the Super Flower SF series SF-500A14A platform. It's one of the low end series of Super Flower's platform offerings.
