i had just finished a recent build and i'm getting 37c-40c, it has a stock fan and the room temperature is in the high 20's probably around 26-28c (i live in Australia). Should i be concerned? heres a link of my temps

I wouldn't be too concerned.
For better overall temps and piece of mind a decent cooler would drop temps significantly.

You'll need a case at least 7.5" wide to fit these coolers.
Otherwise use one of these if your case is under 7.5" wide.

Oh forgot to add there's 2x80mm intake fans at the front and one 120mm fan at the back

Get fans with higher cfm and heatsinks that are much better than your current one.
