Is there a way I can switch between my headset that is connected to my sound card and my speakers that are connected to my integrated sound without having to unplug anything?

Get a set of speakers that has a headset/headphone plug and keep using your sound card.

They only have headphone out, so you would still need to keep your mic plugged in to your sound card.

Most people that use discrete soundcards aren't using the onboard sound(disabled in bios).
Most decent soundcards have a front panel header = use the case front inputs for HP & MIC.
