Hello,

i have ML350 G5 server installed with windows 2003 std. When it prompted for windows update, i selected express update and it got updated. After that, the server din't turn up. There is no display, in monitor. Even no display of bios screen too. I removed the battery and tried no use. I could see a red light glowing in mother board next to vga and serial CR59. I removed the entire board, ram, processor, hdd, cd rom, processor and refixed everything. nothing worked out. still the screen is black and blank. If you guys have any solution, please do let me know. I have loads of datas stored in this server.

Thanks & Regards,
anand

Yes Brett,l

I Did that too, there is display if the monitor is connected to another pc,
Even i tried with a brand new monitor. The result was the same.
the fun part is, i took hp online support and the guy who supported on
the error couldn't end with a solution. He was instructing me with the
same steps which i did.

Thanks & Regards
anand
