Is there a way to connect a dell desk top optplex gx 280 to a laptop
wireless dwl-650, D-Link plug in unit. Is there a cord with both ends
to adapt the two units.

you would need an external adapter for the network card itself and then more than likely it would have a USB connection
for the unit it is to be connected too..
