Hello,
after doing a test on my new zotac GTX 550 ti overclocked to the AMP! edition speeds( core:1Ghz Mem:4400 shader 2Ghz) I get idle around 32 celcius and i get 70 max and 46 average, is this good, im pretty sure I have plenty of circulation

Your temps are totally fine. That card has a rated max temp of 100C for the reference model...:

thanks and one more question can I overclock my core 2 duo 2.8 Ghz stable with an aftermarket cooler and a 580 watt power supply
