Hello,

I have a ASUS DSBV-DX mb with 2x 5355 @2.66ghx quads, 12gb Samsung fram 2 tb western digital HD, sound card, ION 512 video card. Power/cooling 760w PS. OS win7 64bit. No other apps loaded at this time. My question is "this sys seems slow" Loading os, surfing net, overall slow. I plan to use for graphics converting, avi to whatever and burning dvds. Also I am using my sony 32in google tv as a monitor. I also plan to use in my home net environment as the hosting pc. I guess my question is What is holding me back and would 2008r2 improve system performance. I was thinking on improving my video card if need. My dvd movies play ok for now.
