Hello, I had an old Inspiron 5100 that had mega viruses on so I installed XP Professional on it and the darn thing won't connect to the Internet. I found a Dell Drivers and Utilities disk but it doesn't have the correct driver for my computer...Help...

Are you looking for the Wireless LAN driver or the Ethernet driver?

The Broadcom Ethernet NIC 4401 Driver is available from Broadcom's website here:

http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/4401.php

It's Version 4.60 dated February 02, 2007. Dell's Broadcom driver is Version 3.51, A01 dated March 31, 2003.

Since you cannot connect to the internet then use a usb stick to download drivers from someone elses computer and then load the drivers onto your computer.
