My wireless modem keeps disconnecting what can i do to stop it?

I use wireless modem in my Toshiba laptop to surf the internet . I tried troubleshooter but the solution given in the troubleshooter did not work.
Can you give me a possible solution to this problem .

does this affect all your computers that have wireless? if so it might be your router problem. if not, then it might be that you have a loose connection or the card is becoming faulty. anyway, the windows trobleshooter is pretty useless so you may as well forget about it. if the above method still dont work then uninstall the wireless network card driver and reinstall it(make sure you uninstall not just running the installation again)

it will also help if you give us more detail about your laptop, network card etc
