Hello, I have Genius Ergo 555 laser mouse, and some days before, starts to get crazy.
The pointer have moves allways down.
I have this mouse since 2009, without problems, but now this is the situation.
Can you help me?

try cleaning the area arounfd the laser and sensor, make sure the surface you are mousing on is not the real problem, and if that doesn't fix it, look for a new mouse.

THANKS FOR YOUR ANSWER, i clean the laser lens, and i try on different surfaces and different computers. The problem still exist

Try re-installing the software for the Genius. ;)

Hello James, I try everything, its a hardware problem.
I use the mouse in other computers and the pointer its still crazy...

Hello, I have Genius Ergo 555 laser mouse, and some days before, starts to get crazy.
I have this mouse since 2009, without problems, but now this is the situation.
Can you help me?
I try to re install the software, I used in other computers and the pointer have moves allways down.
Last week I opened and y touch a lot the laser len, maybe the problem is there because works well some seconds after that.
Please help me, its a very confortable mouse.
