Same exact issue for me. Cha_Fan2 comes up as a red bar in the bios signifying a low RPMing fan. My case is a HAF X btw. Temps seem fine.

FYI: I have the same exact problem and am looking for a solution. ASUS P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3 in a HAF 922 with front fan on CHA_FAN2.
