RAM selec for AMD Phenom II x4 on Sabertooth 990FX

Hi guys, I'm trying to put together a decent, well balanced multitasking system, mostly running phone application emulators and 2D/3D graphics coding w/t a little gaming on the side, but also that's going to future proof me for the next couple of years...

So far I've selected to Phenom II x4 965 BE (They were out of the 955) and the ASUS Sabertooth 990FX (4x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM) and I'm probably going with an XFX 6870 GPU to provide a little icing. Combined this should give me good options for minor OC and xFire down the line, but right now I'm a little stuck on Memory. Reading up on the CPU/MoBo combo has told me not to push for the limits of the board i.e. 1866 MHz as this won't really do anything for what I have AMD wise, so instead I've been looking around 1600 MHz, just to save a few £$£$'s?!

I've put together a couple of options based on the go big and stay home principle of RAM i.e. 16Gb, but some advice would always be nice:

First slightly cheaper option: 9-9-9-24 £81.85 (This 1.35V version seemed better for longevity over 1.5V version)

Buy the cheapest 16GB RAM you find. Minimum 1333Mhz frequency.
