A friend is trying to build a new pc but, many boards are out of stock where she lives and is only able to select from these models, and needs to build this pc for like yesterday
you sure it will be ok with 2 ram slots ? 8gb ram will be enough for at least 2 years to work with adobe products?
Why not the asrock? I thought it could be a good choice
And she needs the pc now, she cant wait to get it delivered she is not in he USA it takes 3 week or more for the courier to get it here. that's why we have to choose those because she got to do a work for someone and is running out of time

OK, 2600 is very poor choice, does she have x64bit windows so she can use all that RAM?

Yes she does have win 7, in venezuela... but the port is collapsed too many stuff coming in after december and it takes a while to get it here due customs...
and whats the difference with the processor? she wont be overclocking and h67 cant overclock afaik, unless the asrock is poorly made and will fail after some use, if that's the reason tell me and she will buy the asus.

I see, the circumstances suck's : ) It is OK than, ASUS is ASRock.
But to use the 8GB RAM, she still needs x64bit Windows. Does she has it?
ASRock Inc. is a manufacturer of motherboards, netbooks, and HTPCs, based in Taiwan and chaired by Ted Hsuu. It was established on May 10th, 2002 and invested by and subordinated to Asus.
