Hello do not type in all caps.. seriously. also you need to be more clear as to what your problem is, the sentence you wrote made little sense.

From what I understand your PC will not boot up because it cannot boot from your Hard drive.

Try pressing F12, ESC Or whatever button for your mobo that allows you to select boot device then select your Hard drive.

If it still does not work then check that your hard drive is properly connected.

If you have not loaded the operating system onto your hard drive then you need to put the Windows disk in when you start up the computer for the first time so it can load the operating system onto the hard drive.
If the Operating system is already loaded then the Hard drive that it is on needs to be the first boot option in the boot sequence in the bios. Y ou can enter the bios by pressing the delete key while booting or either the F8 or F12 key while booting.
