The differences between the different model are minor, and mostly have to do with heat spreader design. Although there are some differences in voltage and latencies between various models. For your motherboard you want these :
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL

I've had both, but lately the G.Skill stuff has found a place in my new systems. Cheaper price, same subjective performance, plus the (possibly unnecessary) heat spreaders are a nice touch if only because they make the RAM easier to handle.
Corsair seem to be more interested in expanding their SSD business than producing any interesting new RAM products.
Either way my MB is weather a GA-Z68X-UD3H or a Extreme3 it's the same when referring to memories, isn't it? 'cause i haven't got the MoBo yet . So i could care less about the "X" version of RipJaws or in case of Corsair, the Low profile? I have a Hyper+ Cooler. Thanks, i appreciate the opinions
