I built a desktop using a P8z68/GEN3 deluxe motherboard which has two USB ports on the board that I have filled (the case has built in USB2.0). I added a Rosewill card reader which has USB2.0 on it to. Is there an adapter available so that two USB items can be plugged into one port on the motherboard? Thanks.

No... what I need is an adapter that I can plug two nine hole USB plugs into, then plug it into the pins on the mobo. Sorry for not using the right terms.

This addon card would give you one additional internal usb header and would that help?
I looked at the motherboard and it shows a good amount of internal headers do you really need that many?

Good point. Realistcally do I need the additional USB header? No. I was just trying to make the three USB2.0's on the front panel card reader functional. The more I think about it, what's the point?
I already have four USB2.0 and two USB3.0 on the front panel and that doesn't include the ones on back.
Thanks for the reality check. :)
