i have chosen : 2600K i7 intel

7970 (single) No CorssFire

H100 Cpu cooler

120Gb SSd HyperX 3.0

3Tb HDD

i am really cant decide which mOtheboard should i buy

Z68 or X79or u r suggetion ?

which manufacturer ?

also suggest Ram too

my requirement Gaming , Video Converting , Internet , Editing (Videos)

X79 is not for you is socket 2011. Z68 is what you need socket 1155.

Any motherboard you choose you can't go wrong. Look at them and see if they have all what you need. ( number of PCIe slots , USB 3.0 ,USB 2.0 )

Don't spend the money on ASUS P8Z68 DELUXE/GEN3 . Buy ASRock Z68 EXTREME4 GEN3 or ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 both are good for overclocking .
