I need help picking a Mobo I would like it to be around 100$ maybe a little less here are my computer specs.

processer Intel Core i5-2500
ram CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
power OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W
graphics card SAPPHIRE 100314-3L Radeon HD 6870
hhd Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB
case COOLER MASTER HAF 912
dvd drive LG 22X Super-Multi DVD Burner Black

your cpu is a 2500 or a 2500k? If it's a 2500 than you wont be doing much overclocking so you should be able to find a cheap board easy.

The way i pick a mobo is to gradually apply search filters and thus reducing the number of options available.

First you would select price range, than socket (1155 in you case), than form factor, ATX, mATX (which cut the available options in half), than decide whether you want and/or need USB 3.0 and/or SATA3. That would further limit the options. And just keep adding filters and soon you will go down from hundreds of options to a less than a dozen. If you're a fan of a particular brand, add that too, and you will seriously reduce the available options. (although I generally prefer to be open minded, and not really factor in brand).
