After restting bios windows wont boot

I reset the bios and after windows won't boot please help I'm helpless. I'm only 14 and can't afford another comp :(

Also it still rocognizes windows like it will start showing the windows and it will freeze and starting in safe mode doesn't do anything. It loads all the drivers needed and it just shuts down and said windows had a error :(

What is the error?

It may have reverted from IDE mode to RAID or ACHI when you reset it or the other way around. Or some other setting that could affect Windows booting properly.

 

you don't list any specs so I can't say for sure. Most likely though is its a setting that needs changed back and it work properly again.
