Hi, I'm wondering what exactly I'll benefit from by choosing a DDR3 1333 CAS 7 RAM vs a CAS 9 one.

The computer will be used for playing diablo 3 (this game has very low requirements. recommended requirements are:
OS: Windows Vista®/Windows® 7 (Latest Service Packs) | Processor: Intel® Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or AMD AthlonTM 64 X2 5600+ 2.8 GHz | Memory: 2 GB RAM | Video: NVIDIA® GeForce® 260 or ATI Radeon™ HD 4870 or better), watching anime, and surfing internet.

These are the three RAMS I'm looking at. I need 1.5V or lower because I'm using sandybridge mobo. My CPU is Celeron G530 or Pentium G620. My video card is Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH - $32, CAS 7, G-skill
G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-4GBNS - $23, CAS 9, G-skill
CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model TW3X4G1333C9A G - $19, CAS 9, not G-skill

The lower the cas latency the better the performance so if you can go with the cas 7 it would be better.

Will benchmarks show an improvement? Yes. Will your human brain ever notice that difference in gaming applications? Nope!

Low latency numbers on DDR3 RAM, when it comes to gaming, are good for flexing benchmark numbers at your next LAN party. Anything at or below cas9, you're not going to notice the rapidly reducing gains.

Go with the cheap G.Skill unless the looks of a heat spreader are important to you. The heat abatement provided by a heat spreader on non-overclocked ram is negligible, providing you have anything resembling proper air flow.
