What are the other components cpu, mb , psu video card?
Do you need 16gb of ram? Unless you have memory intensive productivity programs that you use for your work related projects then for gaming you would not use even 8gb. Both of these sets of ram are quad channel ram , so do you have a MB that supports quad chanel.

yes i need 16g and i was leaning towards the first set of ram its 50 $ cheaper and its not much different than the other these r my parts

Well the difference is the first one is 1600mhz and the second is 2133 and that's a big difference in speed. The Intel MB supports the 2133 ram and I would go with that one. You have a top end cpu and three top end video cards so you should match it with top end ram so you don't have a bottleneck with slower ram.

Support for up to DDR3 2400+ O.C. - it is more matching the speed of the other components.

BTW, why go with Intel mobo? They are not good overclockers.
