Hello everyone,

Justa question about my mob and SLI configurations:

I have a P7P55-M with i3 550, 8GB DDR3, NVidia 280GTX and I got (for free :) ) a second hand GTX280...so, why not try to put these toys together?

Despite new power suply probably needed, is it possible to have a SLI config with my P55 chipset using a i3 processor?

I guess it`s a simple question and I hope someone can help me.

Board isn't SLI capable, only one PCIe2.0 X16 slot.

Ok, that's right. Thank you for the answer delluser1, but what about the two PCIe2.0x1 slots available?

I know those are just 1x, but the speed will be slower than a single card installed?

Really sorry if it's a noob question...

Not yet, ekoostik...it´s just for a hobby time :)

I just wanna know if it possible by "default"...but when i try it i'll post here the results.
Besides fit issue, the speed maybe decrease, even with two GPUs..
2x (1x)
1x (16x)..
