I am about to purchase all the parts for my new build and mainly i was wondering if this would be a good motherboard to go along with it. Also any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you like Asrock that's a good MB. I personally don't go for Asrock as their power sections are not all that strong.
Also, stay away from Thermaltake PSU's. Go for Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, and XFX.

That's a great PSU. You could spend less buying the Enthusiast series 650 Watter, but if money's not an issue you made a great choice.
