both are same price but gigabyte has some extra features like on and off charge good power phase but don't which is a quality and reliable motherboard...

I'd go for the Asus one, Had umpteen of their boards and they are all very good quality products, haven't been that lucky with Gigabyte or Asrock boards.....
I would stand by Asus , any-day, for reliability & Quality and innovations too.

It's just my opinion, but I wouldn't go for either of those boards - too bottom of the barrel for my taste.
