Hello,
Im on my first build and im trying to choose between a Micro ATX and a Full ATX. I do not plan on ever using SLI or adding a sound card. Would I be okay getting a micro combo deal from NewEgg? Or should I go for the full? Thanks in advance!

Get microATX only if u are building small and quiet PC.

MicroATX have build in features on smaller area than ATX,

so it will get hotter and some features are missing, it is not a good overclocker.

If your case takes ATX, forget about the other one.
