I have a Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P and it runs my i3 2100 like a dream and has a nice combination of ports on the back and headers on the mobo. ASUS is a good brand, but don't limit yourself, Gigabyte is kick ass too!! I have a GA-Z68XP-UD3P. If you want to spend $100, you're going to get a $100 worth of mobo... You have an awesome CPU and GPU, don't skimp on the board...

I like the first one myself. I personally have never been a fan of mATX. They look like pretty much the same board, just one is ATX and one is mATX. If you have any PCI cards (regular PCI), then you'll definately want to go for the first, the second has no PCI slots. Also, the D3H has 2 PCI-ex1 slots and it's only 5 bucks more.
Let me be more exact, I'd go for the Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3. I had an experience with Asus and kinda lost my faith and feel they are turning into a Levi (pay for the name more than the board)

what about the GIGABYTE GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3? is there a big difference?

That comment was made between the 2 Gigabyte boards, thus the second remark to clarify I didn't include the Asus boards because of my current anger with them, hehe...
Im getting gigabyte 550ti an its express so i dont really need a pci slot right?
Also im mainly thinking about the second one becuase theres a good combo with g skill series x ram
As long as you don't have like a PCI tv tuner or wireless card or whatever... The 550ti is PCI-e so it will fit just fine. Whichever you get will be fine, I just hate people to buy a mobo and realize it doesn't have the slots or ports they need and have to rebuy stuff. Takes the budget out of 'within my budget'.
