I need help ASAP

Ok so i've broke my motherboard's socket pins and i am willing to get a new one.

I wanted to know if it is good for my processor  entium Dual Core E2200(2.2GHz,800FSB,L2 1MB,M0), even if one of the two motherboards' chipsets aren't the same.
The ram that i was using i will use them in my new motherboard aswell, could you tell me if it is ok, i don't remember the frequency, i guess it was 800 not sure. But it is DDR2. 2 sticks of 1 gb.
I am using a microtower case, this one to be specific :
The old motherboard was a microATX, the new one is microATX, but the problem is that the old had 8 screws to be placed in, this new one only has 6, i wanted to know if it is a problem and if it would fit in the case.
I wanted to know if my Radeon HD 5570 2.1 PCI-E will be good in that one. Knowing that this one supports PCIe 1.1 Architecture, will it be a problem if the GPU is a 2.1?

Please answer me i am getting it this evening and i don't want to waste my cash on nothing, i am already close to be sure that it's alright but i need someone with better experience to help me.

If that cpu is fast enough for what you do, the go ahead and find a replacement mobo.

But.. if you have the cash, I say sell/get what you can for your old cpu and ram, then use that to buy the best 1st/2nd generation Intel or AMD chipset, cpu ram combo you can afford. Prices on all three are very good right now.. especially DDR3 ram.

Yes, the mobo if fully compatible with Win7 32 & 64 Bit.
To stop using the IGP, you'll need to enter the BIOS at startup and change the Display option to PCIe first.
Then save exit and shutdown the rig. Insert the GPU , connect the monitor to the GPU and check.
Usually this happens automatically when a rig detects a GPU inserted, it automatically gives it the first display option. but you can follow the procedure to be sure.

one last thing, can you tell me which PCI-E is in this motherboard : MSI MS-7352
i mean is it 1.0 or 2.0 etc..

It's a PCIe 1.0 x 16 Slot.

One last thing, is the Radeon HD 5570 2.1 PCI-E is compatible with this mobo that has 1.0 x16 slot?
